Refund policy
We appreciate all orders however as a small business, all items sold are final and we do not offer refunds. We are more than happy to exchange for a different size (dependant on stock availability) or offer store credit.
For all exchanges or faulty items, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, original hygiene sticker intact and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
To start a return, you can contact us at sairswim@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
