Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note postage delays are out of our control.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
International Shipping
Unfortunately we currently do not ship internationally, however this is something we are working towards.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realise you’ve made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at sairswim@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, once a parcel leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the postal carrier. If your order is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll assist you in lodging an enquiry with the courier.
